In the continuation of events sponsored by Rolex and the series that unites contests Aacheen (Germany), Spruce Meadows (Canada) and now Genoa in Italy, presenting the Rolex Grand Slam, Moroccan Abdelkebir Ouaddar was the star of the event.

With the stallion Cordano Sitte Z (Carthago Z x Major De La Cour) 12 years, dominated the two-phase prepared in class to complete their clear round in 29.46 seconds to beat the Swiss Jufer Alain with Radja D’artemis (Diamant De Semilly, Sfa x Galoubet a), Silla France with 9 years who came second with time of 29.91 seconds, while the rider Reed Kessler of the United States and his mare Soraya De L’obstination (Kashmir Van Schuttershof x Skippy-ii) escorting them in third place with 30.17 seconds, which could be overcome in the very closed finished the British Ben Maher presented the mare Wings Sublieme, owned by Stone Ridge Farms Llc and time of 30.19 seconds.

Familiar faces and rounded out the top five was the American rider Lauren Hough with another mare Royalty Des Isles (Zandor Z, rHDL), Silla France with nine years and stop de clock in 30.32 seconds.
