The Moroccan rider completes a first day with two good important results to adding World Ranking points and beating the Portuguese Luciana Diniz in speed class.
For the second class of the first day of competition in the CSI 5* Al Rayyan in Qatar, Moroccan Abdelkebir Ouaddar achieved excellent results, being second to first class and now the winner, which adds important World Ranking points.
With the 12-year-old stallion Quickly De Kreisler (Diamant de Semilly x Briseis D’Helby SF), Ouaddar set the fasted time in speed class and setting a time of 65.95 seconds, beating the champion of 2015 Longines Global Champions Tour Luciana Diniz. Abdelkebir doit a tight turns and demonstrating his qualities as quick rider and taking a more than 1 second advantage when Diniz who was with the 12-year-old mare Fit For Fun 13 (For Pleasure x Fetzi) could do nothing to complete his round below the winner in time of 67.18 seconds, finishing in her case the day with a sixth place and now a close second.
The class consisted of 22 pairs, was in third place to complete the podium Turkish Derin Demirsoy and Harry K (Equest Carnute x Ronett -K) a 12-year-old stallion, marking a time of 68,00 seconds.
