The XXII Sunshine Tour 2017 CSI 4* ended with victory of Irish Bertram Allen at the Grand Prix, repeating in days in a row as the winner of the most important event.
Presenting with 9-year-old mare Dino W (Berlin x L’Amour Z), Bertram Allen completed his tiebreaker in 43.46 seconds to lead a 49-pairs class, but only 8 of them back to the decisive round by the Irishman like a leader. The second position was by the Czech rider Emma Augier de Moussac recording a time of 44.43 seconds with the 9-year-old mare Diva (No Limit x Ticallux Verte).
For the Latin Ranking two of their representatives managed to finish within the FEI Ranking points, being the best located the Brazilian Pedro Veniss in the 8th position with the 12-year-old mare For Felicila (For Pleasure x Espri) closing the jump-off group with 12 faults. Carlos Lopez of Colombia also scored points with the 10-year-old mare Cuplandra (Upgrade x Metall) in tenth place, being the course of 4 fouls fastest in the regular round. For his part outside the points ended the Colombian Dayro Arroyave in the 20th place with 4 fouls.
