Team Brazil take their second Nations Cup victory this month, after a decisive jump-off round against Team Germany.

The CSI3* Samorin in Slovakia witnessed Brazil maintaining its good streak and securing yet another victory in the Nations Cup in an exciting final that needed a tiebreaker to determine the winner.

The first to enter by Brazil was Luiz Felipe de Azevedo Filho with the 11-year-old stallion Chacito (Chacco-Blue x Daimler) completing the perfect round and was imitated by Karina Johannpeter with the 14-year-old gelding Casper (Concetto I x Grannus) and Marlon Modolo Zanotelli next to the 10-year-old mare Celena VDL (Mr. Blue x Chin Chin).

Already securing a first clear round by Brazil, those who would end up being their direct rivals and forcing Germany to a final jump-off, after losing their advantage the South Americans in the second round of 8 fouls, where Karina Johannpeter scored the only double clear round by Brazil of a total of four that finalized the competition, by a perfect second round of Germanys.

Move to the jump-off, Germans were first to back with Jörne Sprehe and his 11-year-old stallion Stakki’s Jumper (Stakkato Gold x Gouverneur), but they were knocking down a pole and clearing a very good time of 41.22 seconds. Now the responsibility was of the former Latino Ranking leader Marlon Modolo Zanotelli, marking a slower round, but consolidating in each jump his clear round, that would complete it in time of 45.51 seconds to assure the victory of Brazil.

They followed in the final order of countries Italy in third place accumulating 12 fouls with Luigi Polesello completing the second double clear round, fourth place with a tied the United States with Chloe Reid in stellar plan being the third double clear and Team Japan with 16 faults emphasizing Tadahiro Hayashi with the fourth and last double clear round. For sixth place France with 20 fouls, seventh Canada with 24 fouls, eighth Slovakia being eliminated in the second round.

Participated only in the first round Austria how finished ninth, United Arab Emirates tenth and Morocco in 11th place.
