The Brazilian rider and representative of the Latino Ranking Carlos Eduardo Mota Ribas, shone in the € 24,600 Wiesner Hager of CSI 4* Samorin.
Carlos Eduardo Mota Ribas flew with the 14-year-old gelding Wilexo (Phin Phin x Calvados) to mark a time of 66.33 seconds, were worth 50 World Ranking Points.
With only 35 points accumulated in his account for the FEI Ranking, the Brazilian Wolrd number 1798 obtained his first FEI victory of the year and fifth in his career, when Carlos Eduardo Mota Ribas would gain a 44-cent second advantage over the Canadian rider Rebecca McGoldrick and her 15-year-old stallion Cuba Libre (Bolivar x Puissance), while Rowan Willis of Australia was in third place with the 11-year-old mare Blue Movie (Chacco Blue x Pilot) in 67.10 seconds.
For the Latino Ranking also included Eugenio Garza of Mexico with the 9-year-old stallion Armani Sl Z (Asca Z x Cumano), completing his route in 68.97 seconds to earn 35 World Ranking Points and his compatriot Enrique Gonzalez escorted him in sixth place next to the 13-year-old gelding Quilebo du Tillard (For Pleasure x Quat’Sous) in 69.19 seconds. Outside of the points was the Colombian rider Rene Lopez with the 13-year-old gelding Con Dios III (Colman x Romino) accumulating 8 fouls in 39th position.
