All a big feast and great public attendance was the CSI 2* Longines World Cup in Porto Alegre, Brazil and the domination by home riders, led by Cesar Almeida, only perfect round in the competition.

Occupying the top four places by Brazil, Almeida was presented with the 12-years-old stallion Zojasper Egyptian Empire (Concorde x Jasper), marking clear round in each phase in time of 46.12 seconds and add 50 points to the FEI World Ranking. Then three riders with 4 fouls completed the home domain with Bruno Chaves in second place and the 16-years-old mare ASudi’s Alloiette van het Lambr (Baloubet du Rouet x Cento) in time of 43.44 seconds, the third place was Marcelo Ciavaglia with 10-years-old mare Queenie (Quidam de Revel x Castellini) scoring 44.99 seconds and fourth Francisco Mesquita in the 11-years-old mare Anneline (Tangueo go Zuuthoeve x Expert) in 49.10 seconds.

In what was a South American duel for the World Cup in Porto Alegre, Argentina had four competitors who finished in the FEI Ranking Points with Ezequiel Daponte are the highlight with the fifth place, appearing with 12-years-old stallion JR Cash (Chester Z x Ikurriña Willkommen) to complete his double phase with 7 and 44.86 seconds. Maximiliano Turcuman also participated occupying tenth place with Four Suns Principito (Palermo), with a first phase of 8 fouls and second phase of 4 fouls, totaling 12 in 47.26 seconds while escorting Carlos Cremona in 11th place accumulated the same amount of faults in time of 51.07 seconds with FlavourArt Cortina (Chess Swift x 690). Leandro Moschini closed with Larino 104 (Lordano Lord Calando c) in 14th place with a first phase of 8 faults.

By Uruguay riders Martin Rodriguez get the eighth position on the court with 8 double phase faults and time of 55.82 on the 11-years-old gelding Liborius (Quality x Landadel).
