The second commitment in CSI 4* Braunschweig at Germany had again won one of their representatives, and this time the protagonist Christian Ahlmann beating his nearest rival with more than 2 seconds to lead the 2-phase class.
Accompanied with the horse Ahlmann Colorit (Coriano x Capitol I) a 13-years-old stallion owned by Klaus Isaak completed their presentation at clear round and time of 38.77 seconds, meaning the second victory on consecutive days for a German rider credited number 6 of the world with his win 50 World Ranking points. For the second Swede Peder Fredriscon occupied yesterday fourth place, now with the 10-years-old mare H&M Flip’s Little Sparrow (Carento 933 x Robin Z 723) owned by Astrid Ohlin, highlighted with a time of 41.98 seconds that served adding 45 points in the FEI Ranking.
The last clear round of the competition was for the Irish Denis Lynch and Zamora (Quasimodo Z x Nimmerdor) a 12-years-old mare owned by Lynch, completing their court time 43.64 seconds who occupy third place. The top five completed in the fourth Hungarian Mariann Hugyecz the big surprise from competition with the 11-years-old gelding Chacco Boy 2 (Chacco-Blue x Pit I) with only 1 Foul accumulating in its round and time 45.21 seconds while the Dutchman Albert Zoer finished fifth with Faun (Cicero x Quickfeuer van Koekshof) being the fastest time of the class in 37.90 seconds over a takedown to 4 fouls, which distanced him from the first place.
Turning to Latin Ranking and PAEC Ranking Yuri Mansur from Brazil was the best ranked at 34th with Quartz de la Lande (Jenny of Cense x Timorrak des Isles * Hn) totaling nine faults and 66.21 seconds, with less fortunate court by the American Lucy Davis and Baldeur (Balou du Rouet x Grandeur) at position 41 with 18 faults in 70.44 seconds.
