Olympic bronze medalist Cian O’Connor from Ireland added a new victory in the Prize of Sparkasse, completing the class evaluated by Table C in 68.42 seconds.
Presenting with the 12-year-old stallion Copain du Perchet CH (Conteur x Ragazzo), Cian O’Connor clinched his fifth victory in the Cup and surpassed by 32 hundredths of a second the home rider Philip Rüping, who showed up with the 10-year-old mare Chalypsa (Chacco-Blue x Sandro) to culminate in 68.70 seconds its route.
For the Latino Ranking Samuel Parot of Chile completed a good course in 70.36 seconds next to the 13-year-old gelding Quick du Pottier (Hurlevent de Breka x Cuba), to finish in third place and to achieve again to appear, after two complicated months.
The top five finishers were completed by the fast Italian rider Emanuele Gaudiano in 70.87 seconds to take fourth place with the 8-year gelding Jasper P d’15 (Echo van T Spieveld x Calvin) and Martin Fuchs of Switzerland, not very distant in 71.02 seconds next to the 10-year-old gelding Christ (Christ x Stakkato).
They also participated by Pan American Ranking and Latino Ranking US rider Lauren Hough finishing ninth with the 14-year-old mare Canasata Z (Canabis Z x Caretano Z) and the Mexican rider Federico Fernandez finishing in 18th place with the 11-year-old gelding Bolt (Kashmir van Schuttershof x Type d’Elle).
