Irish rider Conor Swail showed clear dominance by adding his third victory at CSI3* Royal West Calgary in Canada.
Appearing with the 12-year-old mare Flower (Bon Ami x Randel Z) owned by Conor Swail & Vanessa Mannix, the winner Conor Swail captured all the attention in his round, as it represented his third victory, but seventh victory in the last 12 FEI events that has participated his mare, giving them without doubt a very high effectiveness to the pair.
Disputing the $35,000 ACTC Cup presented by Hotel Arts, the course designed by Werner Deeg of Germany with 45 pairs, observed to return of 18 riders to jump-odff round, where Conor Swail recorded an unbeatable time of 39.07 seconds to take 50 World Ranking Points.
Not counting with great media weight by Conor Swail, unlike several of his Irish fellowmen of the Show Jumping had, today he continued to climb positions and recovering a large piece of land that he had lost, after being practically without horses, which are now part of the team of Daniel Coyle.
Precisely Daniel Coyle was who finished second, after dominating yesterday’s class, today with the 11-year-old mare Cita (Casall x Pik Ramiro) culminated in 40.13 seconds, while the third place was in power of Kyle King of the United States of America with the 13-year-old gelding Escudo’s Triumph (Escudo I x Wanderkoenig) in 41.23 seconds.
The fourth and fifth place was for the home riders and with them they also completed the double clear rounds, being Isabelle Lapierre who occupied the fourth place with the 10-year-old mare Cescha M (Diamant de Semilly x Calando IV) in 43.45 seconds and fifth place Laura Jane Timbal with 13-year-old gelding Concetto Son (Concetto Famos x Drosselklang II) in 43.88 seconds.
