Colombian rider Daniel Bluman will no longer form ranks of his native country and from 2017, will wear the colors of Israel as his new member in the international events of the equestrian show jumping.

After qualifying for two Olympic Games, being part of his country’s selection at two World Equestrian Games and attending three Pan American Games, Bluman, 26, has decided that he will integrate the Israel Team, looking for new options in his professional career.

While Bluman is currently ranked 94 in the FEI World Ranking and 6th in the Latin Ranking, he will leave the qualifying for the Pan American and Latino Ranking from 2017, when he will also become the best representative of his new country Team Israel, beating Danielle Goldstein, who owns the position 279 worldwide.

Now everything will focus on the 2020 Olympic Games, when Daniel Bluman to get the team or individual classification, attend his third Olympiad, now representing a team that presents an interesting project for the immediate future.
