The second day of the Longines Masters of Hong Kong had the total German dominion, in the dispute of the Asiaworld-Expo Trophy that distributed $34,600.
Led by World No. 1 Daniel Deusser, the winner of the class took 50 FEI Ranking points plus $11,418 by stopping the clock in 37.22 seconds with the 10-year-old mare Happiness van T Paradijs (Obourg x Quick Lauro Z ) owned by Stephex Stables. Being at a height of 1.45m in a winning round, Deusser was escorted by former world No. 1 Christian Ahlmann and Marion & Isabell Jauss’ 11-year-old gelding Reabrir (Ricardos x Rombach) recording a time of 37.78 seconds and third place was by Philipp Weishaupt finishing in 38.24 seconds with the 8-year-old mare Call me Eva (Chacco-Blue x Stakkato) owned by Ludger Beerbaum Stables GmbH.
Only 4 perfect courses completed the class of 16 pairs, the last clear being Henrik von Eckermann of Sweden with 13-year-old stallion Ugaulin du Bosquetiau (Kashmir van Schuttershof x Sea Harvest XX) in time of 38.36 seconds.
