It was a win for Ireland in this morning’s CSI5* 1.45m speed class, with Darragh Kenny riding Belle Rock securing the victory, with Abdullah Al Sharbatly taking 2nd place on his new ride Domingo.

This evening’s feature class will include many of the world’s Top 30 riders, including Scott Brash, the winner of the first Grand Prix of the 2015 Global Champion Tour season in Miami Beach. There is a strong Belgian contingent due to take part, which is sure to delight the home crowd, including LGCT Miami Beach bronze medallist Pieter Devos on his brilliant chestnut mare Candy and last year’s Antwerp Grand Prix third Constant Van Paesschen on Citizenguard Toscan de Sainte Hermelle.

Also lining up is the in-form Steve Guerdat, fresh from a fantastic World Cup Final win in Las Vegas and Miami Beach Grand Prix runner-up Bassem Hassan Mohammed aboard the impressive Palloubet D Halong.

Follow the build-up to the first European LGCT Grand Prix of the season throughout the day on GCT TV. The LGCT Grand Prix of Antwerp will be streamed live on GCT TV, with the second round and jump-off also shown live on Eurosport.
