Australian rider Edwina Tops-Alexander took the top honors of the FEI World Cup Qualify in Al Rayyan, Arabian League ninth round.
With a formidable exhibition and showing that it is back, Edwina Tops-Alexander accompanied by the 8-year-old stallion Veronese Teamjoy achieved the fastest round in the speed class, with a time of 72.51 seconds.
Eclipse the Australian rider Edwina Tops-Alexander the CSI4* ONB Al Rayyan International Show Jumping Championship, not only secured the 80 World Ranking Points with her victory, but also occupied the third place with the 9-year-old gelding Inca Boy van’t Vianahof (Diamant de Semilly x Viana van de Kornelishoeve) in time of 75.32 seconds.
After showing his good form and being undoubtedly back with good results, Edwina Types-Alexander surpassed the Russian rider Vladimir Tuganov, who finished his round in 74.13 seconds with the 11-year-old stallion Suspens Floreval (Clinton x Oscile Floreval), while fourth place was occupied by Mubarak Yousuf Al Rumaihi of Qatar with the 15-year-old gelding Vivaldi K (Indoctro x Kirsinaa) in time of 81.56 seconds.
The top five classified on course designed by Iranian Hossein Shafiee was completed by Ukrainian rider René Tebbel recording a time of 82.95 seconds, representing the last clear round of the class with the 10-year-old stallion Cosun (Up to Date x Umosa).
