The fasted Italian rider Emanuele Gaudiano accumulated 65 points in the €25,000 Equiline, the penultimate FEI class of the CSI5* Jumping Verona.
The course designed by Italian Uliano Vezzani had the house rider Emanuele Gaudiano as main protagonist, in a class that counted on the participation of 53 pairs and evaluated as Accumulator, where the winner completed his presentation in 65 points with a time of 41.78 seconds accompanied by the 8-year-old mare Carlotta (Chaccomo x Cento) owned by Equita Kft.
Securing 50 World Ranking Points by Emanuele Gaudiano, he managed an acceptable difference for this type of classes, being escorted in second place by Karel Cox of Belgium with the 9-year-old gelding Sea Coast Ideo d’O (Bentley x Querlybet Hero) in 42.46 seconds, while accumulating the same amount of 65 points until the 17th place, denoting the close fight for the trophy.
They followed in the order of arrival John Whitaker of Great Britain in third place with the 15-year-old stallion Argento (Arko III x Gasper) registering a time of 42.98 seconds, fourth place Bertram Allen of Ireland with the 8-year-old gelding Christy JNR (Indoctro x Clinton I) and the fifth was iSpaniard Sergio Alvarez Moya with the 9-year-old gelding Iron Man (Chatman x Capitol I) in 43.83 seconds.
By the Latino Ranking only Rene Lopez of Colombia participated, having a day to forget with the 9-year-old mare Destiny’s Child (Sandro Boy x Corland) to be eliminated.
