The CSI 2* Grand Prix Antwerp was dominated from start to finish by home riders, who led by young Emilie Conter, 17, were first, second and third place for Belgium.
Introducing Belgian rider Emilie Conter with 13-year-old mare Espyrante (Obourg x Pauillac de Meia Lua) owned by Stephex Stables, achieved a time of 48.18 seconds in tiebreaker round, to earn 50 World Ranking points plus a watch and €14,734 with her victory, being escorted by Wounter Devos in second place next to 13-year-old gelding Emporio Van T Holeinde (Fetish of Pas x Acorado) recording a time of 49.36 seconds and third was Niels Fockaert with 16-year-old mare Ballerina van den Aard (Heartbreaker x Quidam of Revel) in time of 49.73 seconds.
The jump-off round that had participation of 15 pairs with respect to 60 that initiated for regular round, did not obtain its classification by Latino Ranking riders, being Colombian Mark Bluman in 48th place accumulated of 8 faults with 14-year-old stallion Warrant (Numero Uno x Nimmerdor) and Mexican Mariel Victoria Aguirre totaled 12 fouls with 12-year-old gelding Filou (Muscaris d’Ariel x Nabab de Reve) in 54th place.
