German rider Felix Hassman continued his winning streak this 2017, after opening the CSI 4* Groos Viegeln week dominating the two rounds of € 25,000 Preis der Firma Bautoffzentrum Löffler.
With 63 pairs participating in the course designed by German Marco Hesse, Felix Hassman completed the two rounds in 32.61 seconds with the 10-year-old mare Balance 30 (Balou du Rouet x Ex Libris) to take 50 World Ranking Points and surpassing by 34-hundredths of a second his fellowman Lars Nieberg alongside the 13-year-old gelding Nabab of Revel (Nabab de Reve x Heartbreaker).
The Germans ended up occupying the first three places, being the one-two-three completed by Tim Rieskamp-Goedeking in the third place next to the 13-year-old mare Beaufour Quapitola (Diamant de Semilly x Kannan) in time of 33.43 seconds .
For the top five they were Irma Karlsson from Sweden in fourth place accompanied by the 15-year-old mare Balahe (Baloubet de Rouet x Flamingo) registering a time of 34.09 seconds, while the Italian rider Emanuele Guadiano next to the 8-year-old mare Carlotta 232 (Chaccomo x Cento) did it in 34.43 seconds.
For the Latino Ranking and Pan American Ranking were participating Karina Johannpeter of Brazil finishing in 42nd place with the 12-year-old stallion Lucero Ls La Silla (Dollar de la Pierre x Accord) accumulating 7 fouls and the American Reed Kessler, finished in 10 faults to occupy the 53rd position with the 12-year-old mare Ks Stakki (Stakkato Gold x Silvio I).
