Italian rider Francesco Turturiello took a comfortable victory at the €24,600 Gruppo 2A & Whafe Event of the CSI3* Milano Winter Show of Veamezzo at Italy.

The course designed by Italian Uliano Vezzani had a total of 71 pairs, but many questions and demanding round, demanded maximum to the participated riders, being only 4 of them how classified to the jump-off round and leading by home rider Francesco Turturiello.

After being 6 riders eliminated in the regular round and 7 who chose retire, in what was a clear example of the complications course, Francesco Turturiello with the 11-year-old gelding Scara Mouche (Calvaro x Super de Bourriere) finished assuring the victory in time of 38.63 seconds, giving them a comfortable victory that earned him 50 World Ranking Points.

Marking a lead of more than 3 seconds from Francesco Turturiello, the runners-up finished in second place Swedish rider Petronila Andersson with the 8-year old Eclatant (Berlin x Heartbreaker), third Megan Moissonnier from France with the 11-year-old stallion Saratoga Bois Margot (L’Arc de Triomphe x Quidam de Revel) achieved the last double clear round in 44.57 seconds and fourth place Artaud Doem of Belgium accumulated 12 fouls in 41.38 seconds with the 10-year-old stallion Hocus Pocus de Messitert (Quidam by Revel x Clinton).

The top five finishers were completed by Swiss superstar Pius Schwizer with the 9-year-old mare Chidame Z (Chippendale Z x Quidam from Revel), exceeding the time allowed to be penalized with 1 foul in 75.09 seconds.
