The Frenchman Geoffroy de Coligny became the star of CSI2* LeMans, after he won the two week classes, including the €25,000 Grand Prix Conseil.
Winning for second time this week, Geoffroy de Coligny set the pace in the jump-off round with the 12-year-old gelding Raimondo du Plessis (Calin du PLessis x Mister Sartilly), where the French monopolized the 12 available spots in the decisive round, but none was faster than the 41.12 seconds imposed by the winner.
Completing a week with 100 World Ranking Points as a reward for the FEI events, Geoffroy de Coligny beat Timothee Anciaume with the 9-year-old mare Almeria Z (Asca Z x Orlando) recording a time of 42.06 seconds and third place Alexis Deroubaix with the 11-year-old gelding Secret du Pays D’Auge (Quick Star x Kannan*gfe) in 42.42 seconds.
The last double clear round was achieved by Guillaume Batillat in fourth place with the 9-year-old gelding Denitha (Vingino x Goodwill) in 42.83 seconds and fifth place was held by Laurent Goffinet accompanied by the 13-year-old mare Quinette du Quesnoy (Helios de la Cour II x Capital) in course of 4 fouls.
In the Latino Ranking Tomas Couve Correa from Chile exceeded the time allowed and added two demolitions to total 9 fouls in the 36th position. In case of the Chilean was accompanied by the 9-year-old gelding Uranus Boy (Querlybet Hero x Quidam de Revel), while Colombian rider Fabio Rodríguez accumulated 12 fouls in 47th place with the 10-year-old mare Talina des Isles (jarana x Royal Feu).
