The Hamburg Diamonds comprised of John Whitaker of Great Britain and Harrie Smolders of the Netherlands, completed two days of competition in 1 foul to take the lead in the Global Champions League.

After completing the first clear round competition, John Whitaker and Harrie Smolders of the Hamburg Diamonds dethroned Valkenswaard United, who could not pass from ninth place, to now observe with relative advantage as the Hamburg Diamonds takes off.

For the second competition Harrie Smolders with the 13-year-old stallion Emerald N.O.P. (Diamant de Semilly x Carthago Z) ensured a clean round, while John Whitaker along with the 9-year-old stallion Cassinis Chaplin (Cassini I x Cascavelle) did it in 1 foul, results that totalize the only fault in the tenth leg, adding 30 points to they account that now totals 196.

The second place in Chantilly was for the Miami Glory Team and the performances of Paris Sellon and Scott Brash, totaling 4 faults to climb to sixth place in the overall table with 144.5 points.

In third position was the Doha Fursan Qatar accumulating 7 fouls represented by Sheik Ali Al Thani and Bassem Mohammed, being secured in fifth place of the overall standing with 154 points.

Now the overall ranking of the Global Champions League after 10 legs has the top five Hamburg Diamonds with 196 points, Valkenswaard United second with 183 points, Mexico Amigos in third with 172 points, fourth place St Tropez Pirates with 166 points and fifth Doha Fursan Qatar with 154 points.
