New victory for British rider Jaime Wingrove in Spring MET 2017 held in Spain during dispute of CSI 2* Grand Prix 1.45m – Gold 4 presented by Suzuki.

Presenting with 11-year-old gelding Bart VI (Lord Z x Levantos) owned by Helen Rees, Britain’s representative Jaime Wingrove completed his jump-off round in 46.07 seconds, securing 50 World Ranking points plus €7,500 in a Full Season of important victories, including last Friday. The second place was for host rider Ivan Serrano Sáez along with 9-year-old stallion Cinderella Man (Latino) in time of 47.21 seconds. For his part Cameron Hanley of Ireland took third place with 8-year-old gelding Quirex (Quirado x Concept) in 50.81 seconds.

The course designed for 53 pairs by Spanish Javier Trenor Paz, had a ten classified tiebreaker round, which represented the fourth week of activities in Oliva Nova cicuit.

For Latino Ranking only participated Mexican rider Jaime Guerra Piedra, remaining out of World Ranking points, after completing his regular round in 8 fouls and 82.63 seconds with 10-year-old mare Zamia 3 (Aljano x Dream O. Glory ) to occupy the 32nd position.
