The faster French rider Julien Epaillard showed the way at home to claim the CSI4 * Jump Off 1.50m win from Hubside Jumping, marking the start of activities with FEI points in St. Tropez.

Participating 46 pairs and classifying 16 riders to the tiebreaker, Julien Epaillard secured the victory and with it 50 FEI World Ranking points, where little by little the activity of the international show jumping, reactivates his activities in the midst of the pandemic.

Finishing his jump-off round Julien Epaillard next to the 11-year-old stallion Virtuose Champeix (Rubins des Bruyeres x Avec Espoir) owned by S.A.R.L. Chev’El in 36.50 seconds, was escorted in second place by former FEI World Ranking leader and also French rider Kevin Staut, who left a time of 37.87 seconds with the 11-year-old gelding Vegas de La Folie (Castronom Z * de Hus (Bel) x Ephebe For Ever*La Silla) owned by SARL Jean Coelho.

Another former FEI World Ranking leader Marcus Ehinig from Germany took third place, recording a time of 38.02 seconds with 12-year-old mare Calanda 42 (Calido I x Chasseur I) owned by Maren Schmitt-Nolte.

World No. 1 Steve Guerdat of Switzerland also participated in the class to rank 12th with the 13-year-old gelding Tum Play du Jouas (Querlybet Hero x Voltigeur du Bois) owned by Steve Guerdat.

For the Pan Am Ranking participated Carlos Lopez from Colombia finished in 29th place, Yuri Mansur from Brazil was 31st and Laura Kraut from United States take the 38th place.
