The American rider Kristen Vanderveen kept his pace sweeping, gaining a new victory in the $36,900 KindredBio Welcome.

Winner two weeks ago at Williamsburg, Kristen Vanderveen now holds 8th 2017 FEI victories and second in a month, performing today with the 13-year-old gelding Bull Run’s Testify owned by Bull Run Jumpers Inc, securing 50 World Ranking Points.

World number 86 Kristen Vanderveen marked the beginning of CSI4* Crete in the HITS Chicago Series, surpassing also Lisa Goldman and the 15-year-old gelding Centurion B (Rebel I Z x Indoctro).

For third place and highlighting by Latino Ranking was Mexican rider Alberto Michán, who took 40 World Ranking Points with his results, accompanied by 11-year-old gelding GC Chopins Bushi (Contendro II x Nairobi).

The top five finishers were women with Margie Engle in fourth place alongside the 17-year-old Bockmanns Lazio (Lancer II x Cor de La Bryere) and fifth place for Marilyn Little with the 13-year-old mare Corona 93 (Beckmann’s Cordalme Z x Lenz XX).

The Venezuelan rider Emanuel Andrade and his 16-year-old gelding U (Monaco x Calypso) finished eighth, for the ninth place Mexican rider Santiago Lambre with the 10-year-old gelding Casino N (Careful x Ahorn ) and the Venezuelan rider Daniela Stransky was steadfast in 12th place with the 14-year-old mare HH Donnatella (Toulon x Mr. Blue).
