Italian rider Luca Maria Moneta won the first victory of the CSI4* Horsedeluxe Event GmbH del Alzburg Arena Messezentrum week in Austria.

With the participation of 51 pairs on course designed by Franz Madl of Austria, the Italian rider Luca Maria Moneta dominated the €25,200 Silberpfeil Masters speed class by stopping the clock in 62.11 seconds with the 16-year-old gelding Connery (Cordobes II x Polydor).

Achieving the first place Luca Maria Moneta that would bring him 50 World Ranking points, he surpassed with a relatively comfortable advantage to German rider Hans-Dieter Dreher, who was presented with the 10-year-old gelding Tiopepe des Champs (Ogrion des Champs x Echo des Forets II) occupying second place in 64.97 seconds.

They followed in final order for the top five by Gerfried Puck of Austria in third place along with the 11-year-old mare Bo (Indorado x Quick Star), completing his field in 66.37 seconds, followed in fourth place by Denis Nielsen from Germany accompanied by the 11-year-old stallion DSP Cashmoaker (Calido I x Lafitte) in 66.65 seconds and fifth place Damien Haelterman from Belgium in 67.58 seconds with the 10-year-old stallion Hooligan from Laubry (Clinton I x Skippy II).

Andrew Kocher of the United States of America participated by Pan American Ranking riders, being left behind in 24th place with 4 fouls and 64.89 seconds next to the 11-year-old mare Artemise du Houssoit (Sherman Sitte x Ksar-Sitte).
