The great German star Ludger Beerbaum added a new victory in his already extensive and successful career, dominating the €25,000 CSI2* GrandPrix of Reisenbeck.
As Reisenbeck-International Indoor set the stage for the new victory of Ludger Beerbaum who shined at home with the 8-year-old gelding Cool Down 7 (Catoki x Lefevre), set an unbeatable pace for the Christian Wegand’s jump-off course desing.
After mark a time of 34.57 seconds Ludger Beerbaum secured 50 World Ranking Points and exceeded by only 19 hundredths of a second to his countryman Daniel Engbers with the 9-year-old gelding Salitos 8 (Stalypso x Cordalme Z) and third place was for also German rider Christian Kukuk next to the 11-year-old stallion Cordess 2 (Clinton x Heartbreaker) in 35.18 seconds.
Among the outstanding riders completed the Top 5 group Tobias Meyer of Germany in fourth place with a time of 35.51 seconds next to the 11-year-old gedling Carl 60 (Cornet Obolensky x Le Cou Cou) and fifth place for Irish rider Michael Duffy in 35.83 seconds with the 9-year-old stallion Capuchino 2 (SIEC Livello).
For the Pan American Ranking none of its representatives managed to score World Ranking Points with Ben Asselin of Canada being ranked 33rd with the 9-year-old gelding Cool Feeling (Cornado x Lancer II), followed by Wilton Porter from the United States in 37th place alongside the 10-year-old gelding Delinquent Jx (Darco x I Need You) and Canadian rider Vanessa Mannix accompanied by the 15-year-old mare Carolien vh Scheefkasteel (Perhaps van de Molenvondel x Baussy’s Quito) retired.
