Marcel Ewen wins the CSI2* Baltica Tour Grand Prix by 1 second.

Marcel Ewen of Luxembourg got an exact 1 second lead to win the CSI2* Gold Tour 4 Grand Prix 1.45m in Poland, within the framework of CSI2* Baltica Equestrian Spring Tour 2017, achieving 50 World Ranking points with his first position.

The course designed by Italian Elio Travagliati for 60 pairs, counted on the classification of 9 riders for the jump-off, where Marcel Ewen completed his round in 35.10 seconds with 13-year-oldstallion  Excenel V (Thunder van de Zuuthoeve x Landetto)l. The second place was Friso Bormann from Germany in a time of 36.10 seconds with 12-year-old gelding Crazy Cato (Calido I x Crazy Cocktail), while the third place was Msciwoj Kiecon from Poland recording a time of 35.50 seconds with 12-year-old gelding Aloubet KV (Taloubet K x Calvados).

For Latino Ranking Colombian Andres Peñalosa participated, obtaining World Ranking points, after finishing in 12th place, exceeding the agree time of regular round and was penalized with 1 foul, avoiding his pass to the jump-off with 10-year-old stallion Tintin de la Pomme (Diamant de Semilly x For Pleasure).
