Austrian rider Max Kühner was credited with winning the €30,000 Championat von München in the continuation of the CSI4* Munich in Germany.
Surpassing several of the fastest CSI4* Munich riders, Austrian Max Kühner accompanied by the 10-year-old stallion Cielito Lindo 2 (Clarimo x Stauffenberg) commanded the jump-off round with another 16 classified riders and securing 50 World ranking points.
Achieving a major victory by Max Kühner, the difference between the first and second place was 12 hundredths of a second, thus liquidating the aspirations of the home rider Felix Hassman and his 14-year-old stallion Balzaci (Balou du Rouet x Ex Libris) finishing in 37.18 seconds.
For third and fourth place the Italian riders was present very close to the leaders with fasted Emanuele Gaudiano occupying the third place with the 8-year-old stallion Chalou (Chacco Blue x Baloubet du Rouet) in 37.20 seconds and Luca María Moneta recorded a time of 37.24 seconds with the 16-year-old gelding Connery (Cordobes II x Polydor).
The last classified of the Top 5 was German rider Denis Nielsen accompanied by the 11-year-old stallion DSP Cashmoaker (Calido I x Lafitte) in time of 37.55 seconds.
The Pan American Ranking representation was not on its best day with American rider Chole Reid culminating in a distant 51st place, participating with the 10-year-old mare Sally 643 (Salito x Werther) and accumulating 12 fouls in 60.64 seconds.
