First FEI class in closing week for CSI5* Bordeaux and the clear dominance of French riders was felt with the second victory in the week to Patrice Delaveau.
Accompanied with the 14-years-old mare Ornella Mail HDC (Lando x Alligator Fontaine) owned by Haras des Coudrettes et Mme Emman, Delaveau who moved up a rung on the latest figures from the World Ranking to position 13, repeated the good streak to credited 50 FEI Ranking points in class with a joker plus points accumulating 65 points in the competition and timing of 45.58 seconds. The second place went to Belgian rider Jerome Guery and 10-years-old mare Ginnis Van’t Geyzeven (Cicero Z x Heureka de la Loge) owned by Stephex Stables accumulate the same amount of 65 points, but his time was 45.81 second, while third place would take the Spanish Sergio Alvarez Moya and the 8-years-old gelding Iron Man (Chatman x Capitol) owned by Harry Reyntens with 65 points in 48.11 seconds.
The top five are completed in the fourth with the world No.1 Scott Brash from Britain and 12-years-old mare Hello Annie (Contendro I x For Pleasure) in time of 48.36 seconds and the same accumulate of 65 points, as did in the fifth Dutchman Maikel van der Vleuten with 14-years-old mare Kisby (Kaiserwind x Lohberg) in time of 49.57 seconds.
For the PAEC Ranking Colombian Rene Lopez completed his presentation with 65 points accumulated in time of 53.90 seconds to take the ninth place by the 10-years-old gelding Big Brother (Untouchable x Gran Corrado) adding points to the World Ranking and American Lucy Davis finished in 11th place with the mare Coriana (Corrido x Lasino) with the same amount of accumulated digit and time of 54.51 seconds.
