The conclusion of the penultimate day in the CSI3* Beervelde had the total protagonism of the house rider and the revolt of Devos family headed by Pieter Devos.
Taking possession of first place Pieter Devos with the 10-year-old gelding Haloubet Hitchcock (Baloubet du Rouet x Heartbreaker), he secured 50 World Ranking Points with his jump-off spot in 42.28 seconds and was escorted in second place by his brother Wouter Devos.
Being a true familiar one-two, the Devos brothers also commanded the dominion by the house riders, who ended up occupying the fourth place, presenting Wouter with the 14-year-old gelding Tonik Hero (Ogano Sitte x Elegant de l’Ile) in 43.06 seconds, third place for Virginie Thonon with the 10-year-old gelding High Tech Vy de Septon (Del Piero P&B x Chellano Z) in 43.90 seconds and fourth place Gilles Thomas with the 9-year-old stallion Uncas S (Udarco x Primo des Bruyeres) in 43.93 seconds.
For Latino Ranking Colombian rider Dayro Arroyave finished in fifth place and added 30 FEI Ranking Points with the 10-year-old mare Adele (Cassini I x Corrado I) in 44.39 seconds. Also Brazilian rider Joao Victor Castro got points in the 11th place, completing in 8 faults and 45.93 seconds his presentation with the 8-year-old gelding Chief Tibri Z (Corland x Berlin).
