Rakan Al Hasawi took the first victory of the CSI4*-W Al Rayyan week in Qatar, achieving a lead of 65 hundredths of a second.

The first and second place of the first FEI event of the ONE Al Rayan International Show Jumping Championship week in Qatar, starred Rakan Al Hasawi with the 9-year-old gelding Dennis (Revel x Naranga Quidam) and Ali Al Khorafi with the 10-year-old mare Cheril (Guidam Sohn x Charity), being the curious fact that both riders represent FEI, having no defined nationality for the competition.

Achieving a time of 34.26 seconds for Rakan Al Hasawi, he got 50 World Ranking Points with his victory, while Ali Al Khorafi finished second with 45 points in time of 34.91 seconds.

For third place Russian rider Vladimir Tuganov recorded a time of 35.11 seconds with the 9-year-old gelding Qualidam (Quality Touch Z x Helise Perville), beating the Australian rider Edwina Tops-Alexander who finished in 35.30 seconds accompanied by the 8-year-old stallion Veronese Teamjoy.

The top five finishers were completed by home rider Mubarak Yousuf Al Rumaihi with the 15-year-old gelding Vivaldi K (Indoctro x Kirsinaa) in time of 35.96 seconds.

The course designed by Iranian Hossein Shafiee had a total of 15 participating pairs and 6 different nationalities riders.
