American rider Richard Spooner dominated the $50,000 Las Vegas National Winning Round Jumper Classic, presented by the Park Place Foundation.

Being the third CSI4* Las Vegas International Jumper Classic date of competitions, Californian Richard Spooner completed the Winning Round in 44.39 seconds to ensure 50 World Ranking Points next to the 12-year-old stallion Arthos R (Namelus R x Mermus R) owned by Cns Logistics, Inc and avoided that young American rider Jennifer Gates take the victory.

In a week where Richard Spooner has been figuring and getting good results, today he completed a good job, which was dominated comfortably class by the home riders.

The second place was held by Jennifer Gates and her 13-year-old gelding Alex (Arpeggio x Mon Cheri) owned by Copernicus Stables, Llc with a time of 45.27 seconds and third place there was a tie between Michelle Parker next to the 10-year-old gelding Vancouver (Valentino x Now or Never M) and Karl Cook with the 10-year-old gelding Caillol (Casall x Corrado I), finishing both with same time of 45.91 seconds.

The top five finishers were completed in fifth place by Jenni McAllister accompanied by 8-year-old mare Sweet Chocolate PJ (Stakkato x Silvio I) in 48.94 seconds.

Only the Colombian rider John Perez participated by Latino Ranking rider having a day to forget, after he retired with the 16-year-old mare Utopia (Ircolando x Notaris) and was disqualified with the 10-year-old gelding C-Valentijn (Namelus R x Equador).
