The penultimate day of the CSIO5* Sopot concluded with complete domination by the Dutch riders, who took the two FEI victories class, being now the protagonist Robert Vos.
On this occasion 67 pairs that animated the speed class evaluated by Table C, the Dutchman rider Robert Vos accompanied by the 17-year-old gelding Carat (Cardento x Krevad), finished their route in 62.82 seconds in a class that formed part of the Small Tour, representing 50 World Ranking Points for the winner. The second place was the Austrian Christian Romberg with the 15-year-old mare Liv Grete (La Zarras x Lord Calando) with a time of 63.88 seconds, while the best Pan American’s Ranking representative Lillie Keenan of United States, stayed with third place, completing with her 11-year-old mare Be Gentle (Ticallux Verte x Gentleman) the course in 63.94 seconds.
The Top 5 was completed in fourth place by Gabor Szabo Jr of Hungary to setting a time of 64.11 seconds with the 12-year-old stallion Timpex Ben Hur (3777 Cabdula du Tillard x 2828 Lucky Lionell) and fifth place Joseph Clayton from Great Britain, recording a time of 64.95 seconds with the 10-year-old gelding Carolus K DHI (Indoctro x Great Corrado).
For Latino Ranking only participated Brazilian rider Cassio Rivetti, being very close to adding FEI Ranking Points, after he demolished a pole adding 4 seconds in his final time of 64.90 seconds, which ended up placing him in the 17th place next to the 11-year-old stallion Lagerfeld (Lauterbach x Calvaro) in 68.90 seconds.
