Closing day at CSI 5* Gothenburg and Roger Yves Bost “Bosty” took charge of a new victory for France, dominating the first class of the day, evaluated by speed presented by Hööks Trophy.
Completing his round in 56.00 seconds, Bosty took 50 World Ranking points with the fast exhibition of the 10-year-old gelding Tesway de la Batia (Calvaro x If of Merze) owned of Dechamboux Sabine, marking a distance of 21 hundredths of second on the Dutch Leopold van Asten and his 10-year-old mare VDL Groep Miss Untouchable (Chacco-Blue x Aldatus), owners of the second place to register 56.21 seconds.
The protagonist of the yesterday’s class Henrik von Eckermann, winning two of the three important competitions, was in this opportunity in the third position with the 12-year-old stallion Little Lord 90 (Lasino x Calato) in time of 56.69 seconds, followed by the former world number 1 Simon Delestre of France, stopping the clock in a distant 58.88 seconds with respect to the winner, with the 10-year-old mare Troika Denfer (Cassini I x Quidam of Revel). The Top 5 was another top home rider and Sweden’s leading rider at the present time with Rolf-Göran Bengtsson and 13-year-old mare Unita Ask (Corrado I x Caretino) recording 60.59 seconds.
