Swiss rider Romain Duguet shone at home to lift the Grand Prix, for the closing of CSI3* Humlikon 2017 in class of 47 pairs.

The course designed by Swiss Guido Balsiguer served as the stage for the great victory by Romain Duguet, who vibrated his audience with the result and his 11-year-old mare Sherazade du Gevaudan (Tinka’s Boy x Iago C), completing his jump-off round in 36.89 seconds.

With 8 riders qualified for the jump-off, Romain Duguet secured 50 World Ranking Points with his victory and outperformed Italian rider Bruno Chimirri with the 10-year-oldstallion Tower Mouche (Diamant de Semilly x Bleu Blanc Rouge II), finishing second with a time of 38.01 seconds.

Completed the Top 5 Ben Schröder of the Netherlands in third place, registering a time of 38.70 seconds with the 9-year-old gelding Davino Q (Vingino x Monaco), fourth place German Gerrit Nieberg with the 13-year-old stallion Contagio (Colman x Lordanos) in 39.43 seconds and fifth place represented the last Grand Prix’s double clear round, the Swiss Marc Röthlisberger along with the 10-year-old mare Cavaluna (Cyrano x Leoni) in 39.56 seconds.
