Simon Delestre grown at €24,600 Prix MAPM from CSI3* El Jadida.

The former World Ranking Leader Simon Delestre of France got the first victory of the CSI3*-W El Jadida, leading the speed class €24,600 Prix MAPM.

Marking an unbeatable time of 61.48 seconds, Simon Delestre was presented with the 11-year-old gelding Gain Line (Stoizanberg x Raffiness) to take 50 World Ranking Points, growing on the course designed by Italian Uliano Vezzani.

World number 18 Simon Delestre achieved an impressive pace from the first fence, growing to overcome with some advantage the Swiss rider Nadja Peter Steiner performing with the 13-year-old mare Celeste 26 (CAsall x Zanett) in 63.95 seconds and for third place his fellowman Alain Jufer with the 9-year-old gelding Rahmannshof Tic Tac (Contact van de Heffinck x Babylone) in 64.85 seconds.

They followed in the final order French Max Thirouin occupied the fourth place with the 9-year-old mare Utopia Villelongue (Mylord Carthago x Kis Miss La Cour) recording a time of 65.01 seconds and  fifth position for completed the Top 5 was Belgian rider José Thiry accompanying the 11-year-old stallion Cyrano D’Orbri (Cicero Z x Fiona) in 65.22 seconds.
