Canadian rider Tiffany Foster won for the second year in a row the Imperial Winning Round 1.50m, being accompanied again by the 11-year-old gelding Brighton (Contendro II x Quick Star).
Tiffany Foster has taken a starring plan in the final week of the 2017 Spruce Meadows Summer Tournament, after getting a time of 39.90 seconds to earn 80 World Ranking Points, surpassing World Number 2 McLain Ward of the United States, who completed his course in 40.64 seconds with the 15-year-old gelding HH Carlos Z (Chellano Z x Voltaire).
The Olympic medalists continued in third place with Leslie Howard of the United States, recording a time of 41.93 seconds accompanied by the 9-year-old Donna Especiales (Cavalier x Concorde), closing the Top 5 in fourth place Cameron Hanley of Ireland in time of 42.90 seconds next to the 12-year-olg gelding Aiyetoro (Concorde x Colino) and fifth the American rider Mario Deslauriers with the 8-year-old mare Bandolina 2 (Clarito x Villmey) in 44.72 seconds.
For the Latinos the best placed was Mexican Alberto Michan in tenth place, totaling 9 fouls in the tiebreaker with the 10-year-old mare Handy van HD (Tinkas Boy x Reve Nabab) and a time of 48.77 seconds. They also managed to score Jaime Azcarraga in 14th place with 15-year-old stallion Matador (Indoctro x Corland) and Nicolas Pizarro in 15th place alongside the 10-year-old mare La Petite Fleur 6 (Lexicon x Romino).
