Polish rider Wojciech Wojcianiec surprised at the Neustadt-Dosse Grand Prix, to take the victory in the jump-off round.
The course designed by Christian Wiegand of Germany had a total of 60 pairs encouraging the regular round, but only 11 riders achieved their pass to the tiebreaker with the pleasant surprise of Wojciach Wojcianiec next to the 9-year-old stallion Naccord Melloni (Nabab de Reve x Acord II), who were winners in time of 35.56 seconds and assured the Polish rider 50 World Ranking Points.
The victory of Wojciech Wojcianiec served to liquidate the aspirations of the home riders Mario Stevens and Denis Nielsen occupying ultimately second and third place, where Mario Stevens was presented with the 9-year-old gelding Landano OLD (Lord Pezi x C-Indoctro) in 37.04 seconds and Denis Nielsen finished in 37.28 seconds with the 12-year-old stallion DSP Cashmoaker (Calido I x Lafitte).
The double clear rounds was extended to fifth place with another Polan representative entering the best fifth classified in fourth place with the 10-year-old mare Quinchella (Quintero x Chello I) in 37.84 seconds and Laura Strehmel from Germany took fifth place with the 12-year-old gelding Arctos 4 (Askari x Landrebell) in 39.07 seconds.
By Panamerican Ranking Annabel Joost of the United States of America was close to the points ranked 17th with the 13-year-old gelding Stakkato Rouge (Stakkato x Vert et Rouge), while the Latino Ranking was with Ezequiel Andrés Ferro Menéndez from Argentina accompanied by 15-year-old horse Lacoeur (Lavall II x Cor de La Bryere) archiving a complicated field of 16 faults, finishing at a distant 57th place.
